Celebrate the heritage of Native Americans with this tasty take-home food kit. Make your own pumpkin bread with a recipe from Chef Freddie Bitsoie's cookbook New Native Kitchen: Celebrating Modern Recipes of the American Indian.

This kit includes a recipe and most ingredients needed to make one loaf of pumpkin bread as well as a companion recipe for pumpkin bread pudding. Participants must supply cooking spray or butter, measuring cups and spoons, mixing bowls, a whisk, and a loaf pan.

Please limit your registration to one kit per household.

Connected Cooking is a series created by the Case Memorial Library to foster community connection and share diverse cultures through food.
