Space is limited. Registration is required. All registered patrons must fill out the additional survey via Google Form sent to their email in order to receive a bag. The link to the survey will be sent along with your confirmation email. Please check your spam box. Patrons who are waitlisted will not receive a link. Please fill out the survey by Wednesday November 13th to ensure your participation.
