Rebecca Harlow, MLIS, is Head of Reference and Adult Services at the Case Memorial Library. She is an American Library Association Law for Librarians trainer, she is co-chair of the Connecticut Library Association's Legislative Committee, and she has facilitated the Library's Banned Books Discussion Group since 2022.
